DS Systems provides digital infrastructure services including automated data serialization, digital asset management protocols, and secure content distribution endpoints. All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Users agree to use DS Systems services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
The use of automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to index or download data from DS Systems endpoints without explicit API authorization is strictly prohibited.
Transactions processed by DS Systems constitute the direct purchase of a non-transferable Digital Access License (Network Key). DS Systems acts solely as the direct licensor of this digital utility.
DS Systems provides technical infrastructure only. While we perform structural standardization, we do not exercise editorial control over specific payloads.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: However, we strictly prohibit the use of our infrastructure for illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately and without refund if an account is found to be facilitating illegal content, malware distribution, or violations of international law.
All content, features, and functionality of DS Systems services are owned by DS Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DS Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
DS Systems reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if a proven technical inability to access the Network Key is demonstrated. General dissatisfaction due to user hardware incompatibility is not grounds for a refund.
Exceptions regarding service inaccessibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DS Systems. Please direct critical inquiries to the support desk.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled exclusively before the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which DS Systems is registered.
