Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DS Systems services and platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any DS Systems service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

DS Systems provides digital infrastructure services including automated data serialization, digital asset management protocols, and secure content distribution endpoints. All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

CLAUSE 3.1: Lawful Use

Users agree to use DS Systems services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

CLAUSE 3.2: Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

CLAUSE 3.3: Automated Access

The use of automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to index or download data from DS Systems endpoints without explicit API authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DS Systems services are owned by DS Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DS Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Modifications

DS Systems reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Refund & Cancellation

CLAUSE 7.1: Digital Goods Policy

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital infrastructure access, API tokens, and serialized data transmission, all sales are final and non-refundable once the secure handshake (access provisioning) has been initiated.

CLAUSE 7.2: Exceptions

Exceptions regarding service inaccessibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DS Systems. Please direct critical inquiries to the support desk.
