DS Systems operates on a data minimization principle. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including account credentials and transaction records for audit purposes.
For ephemeral processing services (Utility Nodes), user-uploaded content is processed in temporary memory and automatically purged upon transaction completion. No backup of user content is retained.
Information collected is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
All financial transactions are handled by our Level 1 PCI-DSS certified payment processor (Tier-1 Gateway Partners). DS Systems does not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers.
