Infrastructure Copyright Policy

Digital Millennium Copyright Act compliance for DS Systems Managed Infrastructure.

Notice to Claimants: DS Systems operates as a technical infrastructure provider (upstream host). We do not control, curate, or maintain the content index of our decoupled operational nodes (e.g., managed websites or independent portals).

1. Safe Harbor Status

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), DS Systems claims protection as a Service Provider. We do not have direct access to modify the content databases of our decoupled client nodes.

2. Reporting Procedure

Direct Reporting to Node Operators

Copyright complaints regarding content hosted or indexed on specific web properties operated under our infrastructure must be directed to the specific site's designated agent. Please consult the "DMCA" or "Legal" link on the infringing website directly.

Escalation to Infrastructure Provider

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the specific property, you may submit a notice to DS Systems. Please note that as an infrastructure provider, our processing time for such requests may take up to 14 business days for verification and routing to the appropriate node operator.
