DS Systems operates strictly as a technical infrastructure provider. We adhere to international standards regarding data minimization and purpose limitation.
Services designated as "Utility Tools" (Ephemeral Compute Nodes) operate on a zero-retention basis. User-uploaded payloads are processed in temporary memory and are automatically purged upon transaction completion or after a maximum duration of 24 hours. No backup of user content is created on secondary storage.
Services designated as "Repositories" (Public Indexing Nodes) function as read-only indexes. User interaction data is anonymized at the edge level. The core database is a static immutable structure, ensuring no user-injected scripts or malicious data can persist within the system.
DS Systems does not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers. All financial transactions are tokenized and handled directly by our Level 1 PCI-DSS certified payment processor (Tier-1 Gateway Providers). Our internal logs retain only transaction IDs for audit purposes.
Delivery of digital services (Membership Access) is fulfilled immediately via automated email systems. Disputes regarding access to the Indexing System are resolved by verifying the unique Access Token generation logs.
